Please Note: This rotation schedule is designed to give each and every one of our American Legion Groups at our Post a fair rotation of weeks for Friday dinner events. This will also allow for proper planning and reduce repetition.
DeJuan Roy
Chef DeJuan took on the Executive Chef position at the Alhambra in 2011. He was previously the Executive Chef at the Plantation Room at the Celebration Hotel in Celebration, FL. A graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Chef DeJuan has more than 20 years of culinary experience.
