What is Bento Box and Shokudo?
Shokudo Kitchen is composed of three like-minded concepts: In Japan, “bento” means lunchbox. In keeping with this concept, Bento Box serves a main dish next to a bed of rice, served with your choice of three colorful, freshly made, and delicious side dishes true to our Asian origins.
What is Shokudo nigiri set?
For lunch it was Shokudo nigiri set (Ebi, salmon, hamachi, tamago and hamachi with four rolls of spicy tuna or California rolls) I have shrimp allergy so I did get it swapped for a salmon yum!! Upon ordering i was given three packets of shoyu that's a great COVID protocol understandably it all was fresh and yummy and beautiful!!
