About Sonic
The beginnings of Sonic came about when Troy N. Smith, Sr. purchased a plot of land along with his business partner in Oklahoma. Eventually, they built a log cabin which they turned into a sit-down eatery with an adjacent drink stand and began their dining experience by selling everyday hotdogs and root beer.
