What's on the menu at spoons?
Spoons is proud to serve wine from Two Rivers Winery. Crispy toast points topped with jumbo lump crab, mashed avocado and melted smoked gouda. Chef selected combination of three artisan cheeses along with an array of dried fruits, crackers and bread. Cremini mushrooms stuffed with Brie, Boursin and Parmesan cheese. Both open broiled to perfection.

We locally source our ingredients when possible, working closely with a variety of Colorado farms whose values align with our own, which is to serve only the cleanest and freshest produce.
