Stable Gate Deli offers a delicious assortment of subs, sandwiches and salads, made fresh daily. Since 1991, we have been dedicated to serving both locals and tourists visiting Lake George during the summer season.
Bagels and Pastries
Pick up a fresh bagel or pastry made daily. Top off with a hot cup of coffee.
Tasting Flights
Enjoy a wine tasting. The wines are are carefully pre-selected by our Wine Maker, Bob and our Sommelier, Szilvia to provide an experience unlike other wineries. Wine tasting flights are available every day from opening to 7pm.
Reds - Old World
Blackberry, purple plum and spice surround this rich, round, soft and fruity wine.
Reds - New World
Try this wonderful light body Pinot Noir. Very youthful, full of ripe sweet fruity aromas on the nose, and tart currants and cherries on the palate. This bone dry wine has lots of tannins, along with high acidity and the long finish will leave you with notes of dark chocolate and smoke.
Rose
Pink is unusual blend of Moscato and Zinfandel that will surprise your senses. This vibrant rose has notes of white peaches and apricot on the nose, with a touch of gardenia. The palate is a refreshing take on summer with ripe strawberries, melons and cantaloupe. This is a wine best paired with lighter dishes, friends and by the pool.
Sangrias
This light body wine exudes exotic and classic fruits, leading with pineapple and ends with a surprising pear note. Perfect pairing for a poolside afternoon, or for someone who is in the beginning of their wine career.
Sparkling Wines
Our sparkling wine is composed of French Colombard, an offspring of the Chenin Blanc grape. All sparkling wines are produced in the Méthod Charmat, in which a cold secondary fermentation occurs in stainless tanks and then bottled under pressure. The grapes are grown in the fertile San Joaquin Valley of California.
Dessert Wine
This sweet finish to your meal will elevate your evening. Heavy body Cab Franc harvested in icy conditions and fermented into an indulgent sweet dessert wine with dark ripe fruits, little spice and lots of personality.
