Yellowtail Sashimi. The yellowtail sashimi comes 3 pieces to an order with the usual garnishes of shiso leaf, shredded radish, lemon and a carrot. Nothing super fantastic about it aside from the thick slices which was nice. The candy cane roll was topped with salmon and avocado with spicy tuna and cucumber inside.

Why didn't we like the sushi rolls?
Overall, we didn't like the sushi rolls because they all tasted the same! Not sure if it's because they use the same type of sauce for the rolls but we could not taste the difference between which was which. And they didn't tell us which sushi roll was which either.

Food: love the bento box options here! There are so many different entrees and sides to choose from and they come with soup, salad, potato salad, and oranges! They are very well known for their sushi's which are large and plated beautifully
Is tempura fried or battered?
The tempura was lightly battered and fried perfectly. Even with a short drive home they were still crunchy and tasty.
Do sushi restaurants separate hot items from sushi?
P.S. if you're taking out, ask them to separate hot items from sushi items... they don't do that unless you ask.
