All of our Ribeye Steaks are choice, heavy-aged Certified Angus Beef steaks and this represents the top 8% of all beef raised world-wide. Hand-cut and cooked "Old Style". "Old Style" preparation means the steak is fresh cut, seasoned, and grilled at 550 degrees to the desired level of doneness, locking in the natural juices.
