Is Teddy's an old school dig?
Much like Mickey's in Oak Park on Harlem, Teddy's is an old school dig. So maybe the employees aren't the most outgoing bunch, and maybe food costs more here than it did in 1998, but there's an unexplainable charm about the place......a charm that dates back many years.
