What does the name Ten Seconds mean?
The Chinese name 十秒到 means "arrive in seconds" 过桥 means "bridge crossing" 米线 means "rice noodles". So, you know the legend of Ten Seconds from the mural, which tells a story how wife packing husband's lunch. He has to walk across a bridge to his job site.
Is pho broth like ramen?
Its broth is NOT like pho which is extremely fragrant and you can immediately taste the meat that was cooked in the broth, NOR is it like ramen which is full of umami and fat. I came in since I had a stomach ache and this was the perfect place for something subtle, hot and comforting.
