A classic Thai soup with your choice of meat is a fusion of lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lemon juice chillies, fresh chicken stock. Your choice of meat in a fragrant creamy coconut soup with lemon juice mushrooms, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime, dry chilli and seasoning.
What is Thai curry made of?
This is our most popular curry made with delicious coconut cream, green chilli, fragrant Thai basil, lemongrass, garlic, kaffir lime, galangal and fresh vegetable. A curry redolent of red chilli, Thai basil, lemongrass, kaffir lime galangal and combined in a rich coconut cream, with your choice of meat.
What noodles are good for stir fries?
Said to be favoured noodle of the Hokkien Chinese, Hokkien noodles are ideal for stir fries. Hookein noodles intensify the overall flavour of a stir fry because they absorb and hold the sauce. Broad rice noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, onion, chilli, egg, capsicum, basil, green beans, pepper and seasoning.
What is Thai jasmine rice?
Thai fried rice is cooked with egg, tomatoes, onion, soy and oyster sauce. Plated and served with accompaniments like cucumber, tomato, lemon slices and spring onion. Your choice of meat.
How much is Nam Tok?
Nam Tok (Waterfall salad) (GF) $21.95. This grilled beef salad from the north of Thailand is made with toasted rice, however the meat is not minced, or finely chopped, and is a bit wetter in terms of a dressing.
