What is prime steak at the tap room?
Welcome to The Tap Room, where we serve only the finest, hand-selected Prime beef. Prime steaks are the highest one percent of beef quality in the country. We grill these steaks on a high-intensity Montague Broiler after they have been hand trimmed in our butcher shop.
