ThunderCloud's new gluten-free bread is baked fresh daily by Austin's New World Bakery. The ingredients are garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour, water, soybean oil, sugar, milk powder, vinegar cider, salt, xanthan gum, yeast, and cornstarch.

What is Thundersauce?
The foundation of this sandwich is smoked chicken, avocado, and bacon. We recommend taking it to the next level with jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, “Thunder sauce” (which is essentially olive oil and vinegar), and hummus.
Is Nada chicken vegan?
They did respond promptly to let me know their bread is all vegan, but the Nada Chicken patty is vegetarian, not vegan (it has whey in it). If you want to get a vegan option there, opt for the Nada Chicken Salad, or the Veggie Delite with hummus.
