What is the Thai take?

The Thai take consists of poached chicken over rice and sliced cucumber, with a ginger soy sauce. Served with a soup made of chicken broth, winter melon, cilantro, and garlic.

What are the most popular street foods in Thailand?

Topped with a variety of options from green onions, to corn, to taro, fragrant with the aroma of coconut and jasmine rice.

What is the color of a Thai dumpling?

Using a recipe dating from 200 years to King Rama II, these beautiful sweet and savory steamed dumplings were originally served to Thai nobility. Their vivid purple color comes from the butterfly pea blossom flower and they require care in shaping each one by hand. Topped with coconut milk and eaten with fresh vegetables and raw chili pepper.

What is Thai ice tea?

Thailand’s famous drink, Thai iced tea, is an orange colored sweet concoction, so good it feels like it should be dessert. Many restaurants make it too sweet, so we prefer making our own. Topped with heavy cream, it’s the perfect treat on a summer day or anytime.
