Is Tippy cow a good breakfast place?
We just had breakfast at Tippy Cow and it was a more than good experience. I had the 1/2 lb. hamburger patty and two eggs with grits. Everything was prepared perfectly (Can't ever get medium rare burger but the chef did). Kudos to the chef.
