Can you choose your meals on Trifecta?
The meal plans are all chef's choice so you'll receive a variety of meals. You can choose up to two preferences when you add the plan to your cart. Each season, we adjust our menu to utilize whatever fresh ingredients our farmers have on hand.
Are Trifecta meals expensive?
Expensive: Trifecta meals are not cheap. If you order one of the meat-inclusive plans you'll pay over $15 per meal (if you get one meal per day). You'd pay substantially less if you cooked the same meals at home. But, of course, many people order these meals because of the convenience.
Do you put Trifecta meals in fridge or freezer?
The food comes in vacuum sealed containers and lasts 6-10 days in the fridge and over 3 months in the freezer. Our meals and ingredients are fresh during preparation or delivery, so for the best taste, we recommend refrigeration rather than freezing.
Can you eat Trifecta meals cold?
Your meals will be packed securely side by side so they don't move around in transit and still look attractive when they arrive. Meals are prepared fresh each week and arrive ready-to-eat, so all you have to do is heat and enjoy (or take on the go/etc).
Can you lose weight on trifecta?
The various Trifecta diet plans may have potential health benefits for some people. For instance, its meals average 350–500 calories per meal, which may help a person manage their weight. While calories are not the only factor influencing weight, a calorie deficit may support weight loss.
