What are the criteria to get a Test at TriHealth?

Because testing capacity is so severely limited for private health systems, we will continue to require the following criteria to receive a test at TriHealth: Symptomatic (asymptomatic patients will be tested as part of our increased safety protocol for pre-surgical screening, or if they have a physician order).

Call 911 or Your Physician for Urgent Medical Matters

If you need urgent medical assistance, please call 911 or your doctor's office. It might take up to two days to receive a response to any MyChart communication. For more information, email MyChart@TriHealth.com.

Download the free app by searching for MyChart in the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app loads, scroll down the list and choose TriHealth. Then, log in with your MyChart username and password to view your medical records.
