House-made crab cakes seared and served with chipotle lemon pepper aioli drizzle.

Bay of Fundy Salmon Steak, Israeli couscous, apricots, green onions, pistachios, lemon zest, and lemon rosemary cream.

Blackened 4 oz. beef tenderloin on spinach, heirloom grape tomatoes, red onions, Gorgonzola, jalapeño cheddar croutons, red wine vinaigrette. Entrée size only.
Entrées
Twin 4oz. beef tenderloin medallions grilled with a wild mushroom cream sauce, steamed or sautéed vegetable medley, and mashed potatoes.
Home-Made Bavarian Spaetzle
German meatballs in a mushroom and caper cream sauce or demi cream topped with parsley.
Burgers and Sandwiches
Ground chuck patty, your choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, mayo and ketchup served on a grilled pretzel bun, classic white bun or jalapeño cheddar bun.

The Village Baker opened July 2011 with Sara Rathbun & Oran Rankin serving homemade baked goods. Our founders wanted to create an eclectic atmosphere that would bring our community together through delectable dishes and casual dining.
