Catering Menu
We have catered from Harrisonburg to Wytheville, from Danville to Lynchburg and a lot of places in-between. BBQ and smoked meat is our specialty, but we�ve served prime rib to smoked salmon. Whatever your catering needs, we can design a special menu just for you. Our catering is set-up to be buffet style dining.
The Dude
We'll bring two meats of your choice: Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, or Ham. If you would like Beef Brisket as one of your meats there will be a $2 per person charge. You also get: BBQ Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and a Dinner Roll, Slider, or Sandwich Bun.
The Hickory
We�ll bring THREE MEATS of your choice: Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Pulled Chicken, or Ham. You also get: BBQ Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and a Dinner Roll, Slider, or Sandwich Bun.
The Porker
We�ll bring all FOUR MEATS. Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Pulled Chicken, and Ham. You also get: BBQ Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and a Dinner Roll, Slider, or Sandwich Bun
Pulled Salads
We start with a fried tortilla for your salad bowl and supply all the fixin's: Fresh lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs, cheddar cheese and red onions. You can pick the Pork, Chicken, or Beef Brisket to top your custom made salad.

Drinks
We offer Southern Style Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, Lemonade ($1.75), Can Soft Drinks ($1.75) and Bottled Water.
