Pinchos are traditionally street food. You can find them in the Caribbean, and in some large cities in the USA where there is a strong Hispanic presence. The joke with pinchos though, is that you need to eat them and wash them down with some peptobismol. You think it is a joke, right? Well, not entirely unfounded and more like a constant.

We tried chicken & pork pinchos with fries and bacon, chicken, beef tostones locos. The chunks of meat were huge, worth the price. Very flavorful pinchos. We loved the flavors & tenderness of the meat on the tostones. And before I forget, don't skip the garlic bread. They looked like plain toasted bread but were savory. Surprise taste buds.
What to eat at barbecue chicken pincho?
The BBQ chicken pincho (grilled skewers) contained several large chunks of all white meat chicken served with french fries and a creamy garlic aioli for dipping or slathering. It was my favorite dish we ate during this meal. For dessert, I had to try their flan...I am a sucker for flan.
