You must eat (at least) 15 dozen oysters in one hour. Each location has a record, some of which are in the 40 dozen area. If you eat 15 dozen , you get a hat and shirt and your name on a plaque in the restaurant. You will also get 50% off your bill (which is still going to be expensive).

Very touristy place, their chargrilled oyster are Ok, their fresh oysters horseradish sauce is very very good. The best is the Guys at the oyster bar wich are very nice.
