Is Amalfi open in Las Vegas?
Amalfi opened in Las Vegas this May of 2021. Hope to see you there next time you’re in town… with a table full of our many types of house-made pastas, fresh fish hand picked from the fish market, and endless spritz cocktails with their red and orange glow spotted across the dining room. I could easily live in Italy.

Did you have any expectations for Amalfi?
Did not have any expectations as said before, but would highly recommend this restaurant, just a great dining experience. While we've yet to visit its namesake, Amalfi took us on a delicious culinary journey to Italy without moving from the heart of the Vegas strip!

I had a great experience at Amalfi by Bobby Flay. It is located in the Caesar Palace and my boyfriend and I were craving Italian food so it was a perfect spot.
What desserts go well with limoncello?
The lemon, lemon, lemon dessert, especially when paired with the imported limoncello was incredible. The whole fish selections are pricey as it's done by the pound, meaning you have to pay for the head and tail that you don't eat, but there's plenty of options if you don't want to go that route.
