What makes Austin’s different?
We make everything on our menu from scratch, grilling over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was done a long time ago. At Austin’s we pride ourselves on cooking fresh cuts of meat and seafood on the glowing embers of a wood fire grill at all three of our locations.
What kind of meat do they cook at Austin BBQ?
Austin’s famous skirt steak grilled over an open flame. Glazed with a hint of BBQ and smothered in grilled sweet onions and mushrooms. 5 oz. of our house sirloin, 7 oz. of glazed whiskey chicken and 3 of our wood roasted rib bones. 15oz Bone in! pork chop lightly seasoned and grilled over an open flame.
