Is Big Fry gluten free?
We at Big Fry are proud to offer gluten-free fish and chips every Monday at both of our sites in Farnborough and Egham. All products used to make gluten-free fish and chips are all tested and come with a certificate of conformity. Fresh oil and separate cooking utensils are used to cook and serve your food.

Big Fry travels further than most, going as far as Hagerman and Ontario, Oregon. They post their schedule on their Facebook page and Instagram, as well as the free app StreetFoodFinder.
Who owns Big Fry in Boise?
Big Fry is a Boise-based food truck that specializes in savory and sweet fresh-cut fries that are loaded with creative toppings. The owners/operators are Hernan and Ismael Sandoval, brothers who grew up in Hagerman. In 2012, Ismael moved to Boise to attend Boise State University, where he graduated with a degree in accounting. Two years later, Hernan followed. The brothers first came up with the idea for a fry-centric food truck in December 2019. As they begin talking about it more and more, they realized the time had come for them to manifest their dreams into reality.
