Bison Witches Bar and Deli was founded in Tucson, Arizona in January of 1995. What started was a small neighborhood hangout that features gourmet deli sandwiches, bread bowl soups, salads, appetizers, and a full service bar with tableside service.

Appetizers Menu
Scattered tortilla chips covered with CCQ and diced chicken breast. Garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese. Served with a side of sour cream and salsa.
Sandwiches Menu
Made fresh daily from all-white meat chicken breasts, celery, onions, herbs, spices, and mayo. We provide a generous portion of our salad along with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and Swiss cheese. Served on one of our bakery fresh breads.
Bread Bowl Soups Menu
Thick chunks of potato in a rich creamy soup topped with savory bits of bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. Served in a local bakery bread bowl.
