Bistro 1907 is the Mahoning Valley, from our locally sourced ingredients to our historic building, built in 1907. When you enter Bistro 1907 you be enamored by an old-time American bistro built for the big city, with a Parisian twist. Our cuisine was inspired by classic dishes we all knew and loved growing up, with a Bistro 1907 twist.
