Chicago Style Deep Dish

Cheese is on the bottom with a hearty layer of toppings, and thick red sauce on top. No substitutions for sauce.

Calzones

Half-moon shaped, filled with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, sauce on the side. Additional toppings are $2 each.

Garlic Cheese Bread

Pacific Rim Tostados

Four crispy open faced wounton tostados topped with toasted sesame white bean hummus, fresh mango & wasabi. Served with Asian citron dressed sno pea shoots.

Smoked Red Pepper Hummus

with a drizzle of chive infused olive oil, grilled asparagus, rustic vegetables grille, toasted focaccia slivers

Green Curry BBQ Summer Rolls

Not-fried rice paper roll encases baby spinach, Thai barbecue glazed vegetables, smoked red onion, fresh ginger & basil. Served with soy syrup, dipping oils, side of jicama slaw.

Asia Citrus Spinach

Baby spinach in blood orange-sesame vinaigrette surrounded by roasted gold beets, tangerine supremes, green curray bbq grilled onion, spicy cashews.

Salad Casbah

Lightly dressed spring mix surrounded by crostini, each topped with red pepper hummus, eggplant sesame & tomato almond romesco spreads - touched by a drizzle of roasted garlic aioli. Served with sweet balsamic or chile-lime vinaigrette.

Spring mix with maple mustard or smoked chile vinaigarette pepitas & sundried berries

Gnocchi Inverno

Five giant goat cheese polenta gnocchi with wild rice & black walnut pilaf. Served with a veg demiglaze and a hint of blackberry & sage, topped with a creamy roasted shallot sauce.
