Maine Lobster Roll. Caught up with Bold Coast Lobster Co. food truck during a recent visit to Willow Rock Brewing (look for my review on them). I believe Bold Coast is a new addition to the Syracuse food truck scene as I don't recall seeing them during the summer of 2017.
