What breed of cows does Braum's use?
Braum's Cows The herd in Follett is completely A2 and the herd in Tuttle is mostly A2. We genetically test our A2 dairy herd for the A2 gene to ensure you are only getting A2 fresh milk with no A1. We milk each herd separately and keep them apart. Some of the Tuttle herd still produce the A1 and A2 protein.
Where is Braum's ice cream made?
Braum's brought products from its Emporia headquarters to Oklahoma for the first few years, later opening facilities in Oklahoma and moving the herd there in 1975.
