What does a buckhorn steak taste like?
The meat of this historic beast is lean and sweet. Farm-raised for the Buckhorn. Broiled Medallions with a velvety texture and flavor hinting of grass and cedar. Succulent chops marinated in olive oil with rosemary and thyme and broiled to your liking. Served with a side of Red Currant Madeira Sauce.
What is happening to Buckhorn restaurant?
Our county has been experiencing a severe labor shortage and we, like other restaurants, are now affected by this situation. We are so very sorry to disappoint you as we know how much our guests look forward to dining at Buckhorn. We hope this is a temporary situation and that we will soon be able to return to service on seven evenings a week.

Sandwiches include fries (natural cut or beer battered) – substitute onion rings for fries for $2 or add a side salad for only $1.50
