What is the history of the shack?
We started The Shack as a "greasy spoon pub" in St. Louis known as Shack Pub Grub. After a couple of years of losing a ton of money and a building eventually caving in on us, we headed out to the 'burbs to cook up some of the best breakfast that we could.

A Shack Original - scrambled eggs, spinach, tomatoes, onions & cream cheese wrapped in a tortilla shell. Home fries topped with Monterey Jack cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream & scallions.
