Wood Oven Pizza
Our woodburning pizza oven, made in Reggello, Tuscany, is ‘il cuore’ (the heart) of Buon Gusto. We import tipo 00 flour and San Marzano tomatoes from Italy, to make our pizzas in the traditional Neapolitan thin-crust style, hearth-baking them at 900 degrees Fahrenheit for just 90 seconds.
