Who is the chef of Café du Parc?

Chef Luca de Marchis is the Executive Chef at Café du Parc. Appointed to the role in 2018, Chef Luca oversees the culinary operations of the restaurant, the Pershing Private Dining Room, as well as Le Cafe, the newly renovated coffeeshop located on the first level of Café du Parc. A graduate of the Culinary Institute in Lavagna, Italy, Chef Luca brings over 25 years of experience to Cafe du Parc. Guided by his philosophy to evolve classic dishes with modern techniques, Chef Luca's cooking style is influenced by his Italian heritage and the flavors and textures of cuisine from the Mediterranean Region.
