What are Calia’s opening hours?
Available exclusively in Calia @chadstone_fashion only. We are open from 11am to 5pm (Monday to Wednesday), 11am to 8.45pm (Thursday to Saturday) and 11am to 8pm (Sunday). Bookings via our website calia.co or link in bio.
Can you answer the phone at Calia Grill?
Our phones are only attended during operating hours and our stores may not always be able to answer phone calls as they may be in the middle of service or attending to other customers. Delight in our Premium Robbins Island Australian or Japanese Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Gyukatsu at Calia Grill!
Is there a gluten free menu at Cali?
By the glass or carafe. Like Bubbles? *Replace cheese in any menu item with plant-based cheese for no extra charge. *Cali is not a gluten free, dairy free, or vegan restaurant. Some items are prepared on shared equipment and cross contact may occur. We cannot guarantee all items for those who are highly sensitive.
GYUKATSU
Delight in our Premium Robbins Island Australian or Japanese Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Gyukatsu at Calia Grill! Select the wagyu of your choice and grill at your table on your own personal hot stone to your liking. All gyukatsu sets come with rice, soup, salad and sauces. Available for lunch and dinner.
CHARCOAL YAKINIKU BBQ
Select from a wide variety of meat and seafood to grill on your table on flaming hot charcoals to give it the perfect smoky flavour! From Robbins Island Australian Wagyu to Japanese Kagoshima A5 Wagyu and Australian Free Range Pork, we have a wide selection of meat to satisfy all your cravings.
LUNCH BENTO SETS
Enjoy a leisurely lunch with friends over Calia Grill Bento Lunch Sets! Choose from our selection of Chicken, Pork, Salmon, Ox Tongue or Vegetable bento sets. All our bento sets come with a Chef's assortment of sashimi and side dishes. Only available for lunch.
SHABU SHABU & SUKIYAKI
Launching after we initially open, Calia Grill will be serving Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu with a large selection of meat, seafood and vegetables to cook at your table. A variety of unique chef created soup bases will be on offer for you to enjoy!
