The Capital Grille is an upscale American restaurant chain that’s owned and managed by Darden Restaurants Group. They have 51 locations spread across 20 different states in the United States and the District of Columbia as well. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including fresh seafood, aged steaks, and an award winning wine inventory. Their steaks are usually custom aged in house for about 18 to 24 days, then hand cut by the restaurant’s own butcher.
