This menu is featured at our Downtown Grand Rapids Uccello's only. Bite-sized pizza dough, deep-fried & tossed in our signature spice blend, served with pizza sauce & nacho cheese. Housemade breadsticks with signature garlic butter, house blend mozzarella cheese & romano cheese, served with pizza sauce.

What kind of sauce does Uccello’s have?

UCCELLO’S BREADSTICKS Housemade breadsticks, signature garlic butter, romano cheese & pizza sauce. MARGHERITA DIP Signature tomato sauce blend topped with creamy boursin cheese, baked & finished with housemade basil pesto, served with grilled flatbread. Served with our famous pizza sauce for dipping. Deep-fried until golden brown.

Who is behind Uccello’s Pizzeria&sports lounge on East Beltline?

As it happens many times, circumstances changed and the family moved back to Grand Rapids. Faro was, once again, in the restaurant business when he opened Uccello’s Ristorante Pizzeria & Sports Lounge on East Beltline in 1996.

When did Faro Uccello open his first pizza shop?

FARO UCCELLO. Faro opened his first pizza shop in 1978. From this time to 1987, Faro opened seven more pizza shops in the area. In 1990, Faro sold the franchise with the idea that he and his family would be moving back and living in Sicily from now on.

When did Faro open Uccello's?

Faro was, once again, in the restaurant business when he opened Uccello’s Ristorante Pizzeria & Sports Lounge on East Beltline in 1996. Uccello's Ristorante has officially opened up 6 locations in the last 23 years, the most recent being Downtown Grand Rapids across from Rosa Parks Circle. Faro didn't want to stop there.
