Carbone is an Italian-American restaurant created by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick. The restaurant pays homage to the essence of the great Italian-American restaurants of the mid-20th century in New York. It is here where the idea of bottling their premium sauce was born.
