Wet Burrito

Chimichanga
Deep fried burrito with choice of meat, rice, beans, cheese, onion, cilantro, salsa, with sour cream, lettuce, guacamole, cheese on top.

Caesar Salad
Our version of the classic Caesar salad with pepita dressing and tricolor tortilla strips.
Quesadilla Vegetariana
Roasted green bell pepper, corn, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro served with a tomatillo sauce.
Ensalada Azteca
Watercress, baby spinach, jicama, tomatoes, red onions and black beans with roasted nopal, corn, bell peppers. Tossed with a citrus dressing and garnished with chicken and shrimp.
Salmon al Tequila
Salmon grilled with tequila, lime and sauteed shrimp. Served with rice and vegetables.
Salmon Vallarta
Atlantic salmon wrapped in banana leaves, all baked with peppers, marinara sauce and green olives. Served with rice and vegetables.
Chile Poblano
Chile pasilla stuffed with fresh Atlantic salmon, garlic, brandy and rose cream sauce. Served with rice and steamed vegetables.
Ensalada de Salmon
Grilled salmon glazed in a honey orange citrus dressing with caramelized walnuts, tomato, corn and jicama. Garnished with shrimp and served with mixed greens.
