Who owns Casa Tua Cucina?
founder Miky GrendeneCasa Tua has since expanded with locations in Aspen and Paris, as well as our Italian kitchen, Casa Tua Cucina. Born in Padova, Italy, founder Miky Grendene started his career in Milan in the late 1980s, moving to Miami in 1989, where he was part of the resurgence of South Beach.

Does Casa Tua have gluten free?
A classic margherita is hard to improve upon, but a quattro formaggi, black truffle or diavola is an entirely different gastronomic experience worth exploring. Of course, gluten and dairy-free options are included.
PANINI & CHARCUTERIE
From freshly baked bread sour dough bread to our selection of traditional panini, and a delectable variety of charcuterie and cheese boards, this station is a warm introduction to our cucina, and offers all-day dining options to enjoy in our home or your own.
PASTA
The quintessential Italian dish, our Cucina celebrates pasta by letting you watch us make it from scratch. Take a batch to prepare at home with a jar of one of our home-made sauces, or have one of our pasta dishes here.
CRUDO & GRILL
Our natural wood-burning fire and Josper oven will cook your meat, fish, or vegetable selection to savory perfection, while our crudo chef shucks fresh oysters from both the east and west coasts. We take pride in sourcing our meat and fish from organic, sustainable farms ensuring wholesome, delicious products from land or sea to table.
PIZZA
Out expert pizzaioli ( pizza maker) tosses freshly risen dough daily to bring you classic Italian pizza topped with a variety of seasonal and classic ingredients. Here, creative pizza selections change as often as the weather.
Il BAR
With more than fifty wines offered by the glass, a rotating wine list offers a selection of the best indigenous grape varietals from Italy and around the world. Add to that our master mixologist, who creates unique and distinctive cocktails, and our bar alone is worth a visit.
DOLCI
After the savory richness of an Italian meal is the smooth sweetness of a delicate dessert. Our dolci station offers a wide array of traditional Italian treats such as classic Tiramisu, creamy panna cotta or decadent Gianduja chocolate cake, to be enjoyed here, or perhaps as the perfect treat at your next dinner party.
CAFE & TE
For Italians, coffee is a ritual. At Cucina we offer classic, rich coffee imported from Napoli and brewed fresh to order. Pop in for a quick cup, have it with a snack or to top the end of a meal, or take a bag of one of our blends home to use in your own cucina.

THE LIBRARY
Inside, The Library our main dining room is a cozy, yet elegantly refined space with beautiful Italian decor and world-renowned artwork. Guests feel as if they are in their own stylish, yet relaxed home away from home. Seats up to 52 guests.
CHEF'S TABLE
The Chef’s Table is located in a semi-private space with views into Casa Tua’s open kitchen, where you can watch our chefs masterfully prepare your meal. Seats up to 22 guests.
THE GARDEN
An al fresco dining experience unlike any other, our ethereal garden surrounded by lush tropical plants and flora transports guests with the glow of tree hung lanterns, candlelight and moonlight.
GARDEN PATIO
Adjacent to the garden with spectacular views, this intimate space features a private entrance when dining adjacent to the chef’s table. Seats up to 25 guests.
EAST GARDEN
Unlike any other in Miami Beach, this intimate patio space makes for a fantastic outdoor dining experience surrounded by our lush garden oasis. Seats up to 30 guests.
THE CLUB
Our cozy, intimate upstairs lounge was created as a second home for members to entertain and be entertained. Accommodates 40 seated and 80 for cocktails.

Cozy, sophisticated spaces with reclaimed-wood details and inviting, interconnecting dining rooms that spin Dolomite-meets-Alpine style set the stage for sumptuous Italian cuisine - all against the backdrop of rotating art and photography installations curated by Casa Tua’s in-house gallery team.

Intimate and unique, our main dining room is an elegantly refined space featuring rich, intricate wood details and cozy seating. Guests feel as if they are in their own stylish, yet relaxed home away from home in the mountains. Seats up to 60 guests.

Located in a semi-private space with perfect views of the open kitchen. Seats up to 20 guests.
THE PATIO
Located in the heart of downtown Aspen with views of the city beyond, our main patio sits in the center of it all. Seats up to 65 guests.
THE MOUNTAIN PATIO
A welcoming, relaxed space with views of Ajax Mountain in the distance. Seats up to 40 guests.
THE CLUB
Located on the private second floor, our members club adorned with enchanting alpine decor, warm wood details and a welcoming glow from the central fireplace. Seats 120 guests for dinner and 170 guests for cocktails.
