Is Cava gluten free?
All sides at CAVA contain wheat. None are gluten free. These are all of the drink options at CAVA that do not contain wheat or gluten ingredients. There are chances for cross contamination at CAVA especially with the pita bread and pita crisps. Also watch out for the falafel, it contains wheat.
Is Cava healthy to eat?
All spreads and dips are purely vegetarian, low in fat, calories, and sodium, and most are gluten-free and vegan. At Cava, you have a chance to customize your salad, pita, and grain bowl- and everything is prepared freshly from sourced ingredients that they get from local farmers.

Does Cava have nuts in it?
It's worth it to note too, that Cava is 100% nut-free, which means they do not use peanuts or tree nuts in their restaurant. Gluten is mainly found in the form of pita (both raw and baked), and dairy is mostly found in the cheeses and yogurt-based dressings.
