Charleston County School Board (CCSD) joined school districts throughout the state and nation to celebrate School Board Recognition Month. On, Monday, January 24, 2022, CCSD board members were recognized. Board members signed an ethical principles poster in celebration and a proclamation was read aloud during the meeting.

Overview
Nutrition Services manages the federal programs for breakfast, lunch and summer meals. In addition to the federal programs, it coordinates the Mid-Morning Snack Program, the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program, Head Start and Early Head Start Meals Program, as well as one of the largest supper programs in the state.
