Three years later the firm had 55 locations spread across 15 states. Cheddar’s was jointly purchased by Catterton Partners and Oak Investment Partners that same year. In August 2007, the company hired Kelly Baltes who previously worked with Darden Restaurants to act as its CEO.

I emailed the restaurant a few days before our reservation detailing our allergies for each family member. When we arrived they had made (typed up) a specific menu for just my family.
