Welcome to Chez [pronounced ‘shay’] West! A contemporary training restaurant located within ITE College West. We offer both traditional and modern French dishes prepared by aspiring Technical Diploma students in Culinary Arts with Restaurant Management.
Crema West
Crema is a Barista training venue for coffee making modules. It provides a nice chill-out corner to watch our future Baristas in action. Pamper yourself with a sweet treat and complement it with a perfect cuppa from our list of coffee specialties or enjoy a tasty sandwich for your lunch freshly prepared by our students.
Hotel West
A 22-room training hotel designed for authentic learning, our reservations are extended to government agencies, institutional partners, members of ITE Alumni Association and staff.
