ChilloutVR is a community-driven VR & Desktop sandbox game supposed to enable players as well as creators to create and explore a huge metaverse. Welcome to ChilloutVR, your new place to be. Be able to create your own avatar or use existing avatars, explore a huge metaverse containing lots of different servers, game modes, avatars, and worlds.
What can I do in chilloutvr?
In ChilloutVR you can explore the many worlds of the metaverse, either alone or with your friends. When exploring online you can decide if only your friends or random people from across the world can join you in your adventures. Avatars, game modes and / or worlds may contain content inappropriate for children.
Why should I play chilloutvr?
You can be wherever you want to be, the huge community of content creators is one of the many reasons why ChilloutVR is a game that is enjoyable over a long period of time. You can explore a daily growing amount of publically available worlds alone, with friends or with people you just met. You can also open up new worlds with just a click.

What is chillout vr?
ChilloutVR is a sandbox game playable in VR & Desktop. Made originally to provide a secure and expandable environment for content creators and players we now aim to provide AAA grade social experiences for players around the world. ChilloutVR is made with the latest version of the Unity game engine and is updated, extended, fixed and taken care of frequently.
What is chilloutVR backend?
ChilloutVR and its backend api are created with focus on performance and will be further optimized with every update. We always want to ensure that we can deliver the best performance even for low-end systems.
What is the community hub in Discord?
Every social interaction can be done on our discord, the community hub known as gate and in the game itself. We seperate two groups of social interactions - the community / group interactions and the friendship interactions. Players are able to add friends, request invites from them and join them depending on the lobby mode. Players with a specific level or rank are also able to found groups / communities which can be public (everyone can join) or private (invite only). Using this model everyone has the ability to meet new people and organize events and tournaments.
Can you appeal a ban on chillout?
Player kicks / bans and warns can be appealed and a tribunal decision will be called. This means that two different moderators will look into the case to ensure the rules were correctly followed.
Usage
chillout gem is automatically tracking your model creations. Remember you have to be in production environment - otherwise chillout gem will NOT track your metrics.
Different strategy
By default chillout uses a background thread to send metrics in a non-blocking way. However, if you prefer it can use active_job and the adapter you configured for it ie. sidekiq, resque, delayed_job, etc.
Compatibility
Chillout gem is tested using Travis CI. You can check it to get insight about which versions of Rails and Rubies are actually supported. We provide listeners for ActiveRecord.
What is a radial menu?
Radial menus are definitely an improvement upon horizontal or vertical menus in the sense that it perfectly incorporates Fitt’s law. A lot of items could be fit in a circular space. The menu can appear anytime the user wants it and can be accessed easily by the touchpads.
Does Fitt's law apply to virtual reality?
For eg., Fitt’s law (which describes that it takes more time to interact with things far away) applies equally strongly in Virtual Reality or perhaps to a bigger extent. It is because real body movements are involved in VR that can tire people very quickly if people have to move over long distances to interact with things in the virtual world.

Conclusion
- The 2020r150 update is considered a game changing update. It will add most of the required and requested core game features for all players. It is the biggest update yet and requires a lot of love and fine tuning. The estimated DOA for release of r150 is currently April 10, 2020. This can vary by 2–3 days if quality standards are not met.
