How much crawfish do you need to create the demand?
There is a lot of demand in areas that serve crawfish, but there’s no doubt that where there isn’t the demand, there aren’t going to be crawfish! Crawfish don’t freeze well so we only serve fresh and we fly them straight from the source. Enjoy! “Create the demand”. One pound and then some.

1/2 lb. of fried frog legs on top of shoestring onions rings, served with remoulade (Additional 1/2 lb. of frog legs $8 w/ side of maple collard greens)
Bayou Classics
Chicken, Becher meats Andouille sausage, Tasso ham, gulf shrimp, trinity, tomato and rice
Tacos, Po Boy's & Sandwiches
All sandwiches served with choice of rough cut fries, onion straws, red beans & rice, potato salad, or house made chips (all burgers use a U.S.D.A prime brisket, chuck and short rib meat blend)
Smoked Meats
You choose three from the five meats. Either Beef Brisket, Carolina Pulled Pork, B.B.Q. Ribs, Smoked and Grilled Chicken Wing or Cajun Style Andouille. Also comes with red beans, maple collard greens, potato salad and cornbread (+$3 per side substitution, may only choose one of each meat)
Kids Menu
For children 12 and younger. All kid's meals are served with your choice of juice, soda or milk and your choice of fresh fruit, applesauce or carrots, and celery.
Brunch
Brunch specials served saturday and sunday 11am - 3pm. "March Madness" All brunch menu items served with a free hurricane bellini.
