The brothers were proprietors of San Diego County's oldest bar, McDinis founded in 1890. This famous bar’s license now proudly resides with us at Dini’s Bistro. The Dini brothers tradition of effervescent hospitality and service to their patrons and community remains alive today. Established in 1987, Dini’s Bistro is a Carlsbad landmark.
