King Street Dispensary pays homage to the historic “Dispensary” Legacy, an institution that monopolized the turn-of-the-century booze industry throughout our great state, inspired by a cache of relic South Carolina Dispensary liquor bottles unearthed during the painstaking renovation and rebrand from the beloved Midtown Bar & Grill in 2018.
