I've passed Down on Grayson many times while at the Pearl and was finally able to dine here for a late lunch/early dinner. Covered reserved parking (for this restaurant only) is available just a few steps away from the entrance. Since it was an off hour (3:30pm), there was no wait for a table.

Down on Grayson has a pet-friendly patio shaded by a large oak tree or one of the several large umbrellas and enjoy a house feature of fire-roasted chicken, a lightly crusted pan fried red snapper or anticuchos, which are beef shish kabobs served with house-made cilantro ranch and tortilla chips.
