How far in advance can you order from Eataly?

You are so close to the best of Eataly delivered to your door! Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance; and 72 hours on orders for over 100 guests or certain items (think: intricate pastries). In addition, please inform our catering staff of any allergens.

How much is the rush charge on Eataly?
