It started with a mother’s recipe and one man’s desire for a quality chicken dinner after a hard day’s work. Over 40 years later, we still grill our chicken the same way, citrus marinated and grilled low and slow over an open flame. In that time, we’ve fed families, connected cultures and have become a Southern California institution.

Family Meals
Serves 4. First course avocado family salad. Main course- 8 pieces of legs and thighs, large sides of rice and beans, warm tortillas and salad. Third course- 4 churros.
Chicken Combos
Combos include 2 small classic sides and small drink. Choose a meat: Legs and Thigh, Breast and Wing +$1. Choose a side: Rice, Cole Slaw, Pinto Beans, Corn Cobbette, Loco Side Salad. Choose a drink: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite.
1 POLLO (Whole chicken)
Peruvian rotisserie chicken marinated in delicious herbs and spices. Served with salad and your choice of garlic rice or French fries. *All white meat is extra
Sudado Chalaco
Steamed white fish fillet, shrimp, clams, mussels, and squid in a flavorful tomato broth. Served with rice. Please allow extra time.
Combinado Criollo (Seco & Aji de Gallina)
Lamb stew served over beans as well as a shredded chicken in a mildly spicy sauce made with aji amarillo. Served with rice.
Papa a la Huancaina con Bistec
Sliced boiled potatoes covered in an aji Camarillo and Cotija cheese sauce. Served with a thin tenderloin steak.
Tacu tacu lomo
Pan-fried seasoned rice and beans topped with sauteed beef, onions and tomatoes.
Bistec Encebollado
Thin cut tenderloin topped with sauteed onion and tomatoes. Served with rice.
Bistec Montado
Thin cut tenderloin topped with a fried egg. Served with fried plantains and rice.
