Lunch fajitas
For all fajitas, steaks, chicken or mix grilled dinners, please allow 15-20 minutes to prepare. All fajita dinners include warm flour tortillas, rice, refried beans, guacamole salad, and pico de gallo.
Burritos El Rincon
Two rolled flour tortillas filled with beef tips and refried beans, topped with cheese dip, sour cream, lettuce and tomato.
Burrito Deluxe
Two burritos, combination of one chicken and refried beans, and one beef and beans topped with lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
Jalisco Special
Chicken burrito, chicken enchilada topped with lettuce and sour cream.
San Jose Special
Chicken enchilada, beef enchilada, cheese enchilada topped with salsa, sour cream, served with rice.
Enchilada Supreme
Beef, bean, cheese, and chicken enchiladas, topped with lettuce, cheese, tomato, and sour cream.
